Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms of Use (hereinafter, the "Terms") regulate the access to and use of the Roxi+ website (hereinafter, "the Site"), owned by Solbizz Canarias S.L. with CIF B76607415, as detailed in the Legal Notice.

Access to the Site implies the express and full acceptance of these Terms, as well as the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using the Site.

Purpose of the Site

The purpose of the Site is to:

• Provide information about the services marketed by Roxi+ — mobile telephony, fiber and broadband internet, television, and home installation — with coverage in Tenerife.
• Allow the online contracting of said services.
• Provide access to the "Mi Roxi+" client area for the management of contracts, consumption, invoices, and support.
• Publish informative content, help sections, and customer service channels.

Roxi+ reserves the right to modify, expand, or suspend, totally or partially, the services and content of the Site, at any time and without prior notice.

Access and registration

Access to the public information on the Site is free and unrestricted.

Certain functionalities — in particular the "Mi Roxi+" client area — require prior registration and the creation of an account. To register, you must provide the requested data, which will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

As a registered User, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information and keep it updated.
• Safeguard your access credentials (email and password) and not share them with third parties.
• Notify us without delay of any unauthorized use of your account or any suspected loss or theft of your credentials.
• Be responsible for the activities carried out through your account.

Roxi+ may suspend or cancel your account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, of the applicable legislation, or when there are reasonable security grounds.

Permitted and prohibited use

The User may use the Site for the purposes described in the previous section, always in compliance with current legislation, morality, public order, and the rights of third parties.

It is expressly prohibited to:

• Use the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or those contrary to good faith.
• Engage in conduct that may damage, overload, disable, or compromise the security of the Site or the technical infrastructure of Roxi+ or third parties.
• Employ robots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to extract information from the Site without the express written authorization of Roxi+.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of any component of the Site or the systems that support it.
• Impersonate Roxi+, its personnel, or any other User.
• Introduce or disseminate computer viruses, malicious code, programs, or files that may alter the functioning of the Site or the devices of other Users.
• Collect personal data of other Users without their consent.
• Use the Site or its content for unauthorized commercial purposes, including, without limitation, the resale of services, unsolicited advertising, or the sending of mass communications.

Failure to comply with any of these obligations may result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of access to the Site, without prejudice to any legal actions that Roxi+ may undertake.

Services and prices

The information regarding services, rates, and promotions published on the Site is of an indicative and commercial nature. The contractual relationship with Roxi+ and the final terms and conditions of each service (mobile telephony, fiber internet, television, and installation) are governed by the specific contract that the customer signs separately upon contracting said service. In the event of a discrepancy between the information published on the Site and the terms and conditions of the signed contract, the latter shall always prevail.

In particular:

• The prices shown on the Site include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated, and may vary from the final contracted price depending on promotions, permanence discounts, combined packages, or specific conditions applicable to each customer.
• The promotions may be subject to deadlines, requirements, or conditions that are detailed at the time of contracting and in the corresponding service contract.
• The coverage and technical feasibility of the services — especially those of fiber and television — are subject to a coverage study at the installation address. Roxi+ does not guarantee the availability of the service until said study has been completed.
• The contracting of any service implies the express acceptance of the corresponding service contract, which sets out the economic conditions, the permanence periods (if any), the cancellation procedures, and the applicable consumer rights.

These Terms of Use solely regulate the access to and use of the Website, and do not substitute or complement the contracts for the contracted services, which constitute a separate and prevailing document.

Intellectual property

The intellectual and industrial property rights over the Site, its content, brand, logo, code, and design belong to Solbizz Canarias S.L. under the terms described in the Intellectual property section of the Legal Notice.

Limitation of liability

Roxi+ employs reasonable means to ensure that the Site functions correctly and that the published information is up to date. However:

• The Site is provided "as is" and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without express or implied warranties beyond those required by consumer regulations.
• Roxi+ does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Site. Interruptions may occur due to technical reasons, maintenance, updates, or causes of force majeure.
• Roxi+ shall not be liable for damages or losses arising from the inability to access the Site, from errors or omissions in its content, or from the improper use thereof by third parties.
• The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Roxi+ neither controls nor assumes responsibility for the content, availability, or privacy practices of such external sites.

This limitation of liability strictly applies to the use of the Website. It does not limit or exclude the liability of Roxi+ arising from the contracts of the contracted services, which are governed by their own terms and conditions and by the sector-specific legislation regarding telecommunications and consumers and users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that, in accordance with applicable legislation, cannot be excluded or limited.

Modification of the Terms

Roxi+ may modify these Terms at any time to adapt them to legislative changes, service improvements, or for commercial or technical reasons.

The modified Terms will be published on the Site, indicating the date of the last update. Continued use of the Site following the publication of the new Terms will imply acceptance thereof. If you do not agree with the modifications, you must refrain from using the Site.

Modifications to the Terms of the Site do not affect the contractual terms of already contracted services, which are governed by their own terms and conditions and by the modification procedures provided for in telecommunications and consumer legislation.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Site, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they might be entitled, to the courts and tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, under the terms described in the Legal Notice.
